Are shipping costs calculated?

We do not charge shipping costs for orders within the Netherlands. For other countries this can differ per country.

What if the delivery time becomes too long?

We apply the rule that the delivery time may never exceed 30 days. If products are in stock, we use a delivery time of ten working days if you place your order before 3 p.m.

If you order a product that is not in stock, a long (er) delivery time applies. If you want to cancel the order after 30 days at the latest, this can be done free of charge. Any amount paid will then be refunded to your account within no later than 30 days after cancellation.

Can I also collect my order?

Unfortunately, our products cannot be collected.
